Spencer, a St. George native, brings nearly 10 years of experience in custom construction and a true eye for detail to his role as Superintendent. He has a knack for spotting the little things that can make a big difference, and he takes pride in making sure every detail is thoughtfully planned, carefully managed, and done right.

With exceptional organizational skills and a talent for keeping all the moving pieces of a project in sync, Spencer helps ensure each home moves smoothly from the first phase of construction to the final walk-through. He holds himself—and the projects he oversees—to a high standard, earning the trust of both his team and clients through consistency, communication, and follow-through.

For Spencer, the details matter. Whether he’s coordinating trades, solving a job-site challenge, or making sure the finishing touches meet expectations, he’s always looking one step ahead and asking, “What could we do better?”

When he’s not making sure homes are built just right, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through sports, and working on what he generously describes as his “terrible game of golf.”

His positive attitude, attention to detail, and sense of humor make him an invaluable part of the Strata team—and while he may not have perfected his golf swing yet, he certainly knows how to build a great home.
