Who We Are

Strata Construction was founded to fix what didn’t work in the traditional building process. Co-founders Nate Shaffer and Tanner Garfield each brought distinct strengths to the company:

Nate from residential home building and real estate, and Tanner from commercial construction. Together, they saw an opportunity to redefine how building is done by creating a process built on communication, partnership, and trust.

From the early days in Nevada and Utah to now serving both residential and commercial markets, our roots stay the same. We are builders who care. We are partners who listen. And we deliver more than buildings; we deliver confidence.
